It has been a good day. These shots were taken in historic downtown where there are so many adorable shoot sites all a little too far for everyday use. Never the less I took advantage of it today!
Another highlight was I found the downloadable workouts on Womens Health and printed a bunch out to bring to the gym with me. It is super exciting to me because (a) I dont always know what to do when I am at the gym. I mean I know how to work the equipment but it is great to have a plan for me and know this is what I have to get done. It cuts down on all the wandering and awkward staring at people who look like they know what they are doing. and (b) because I get bored. I cant go into a gym and do the exact same thing every day. and thats not even effective. so the moral of the story these are awesome.
And PS that candy was divided among three people. NO WAY would I sweat through a workout to eat all that sugar hours later. Okay I would. but not today!
PPS. Remember this shirt? from the tricks of the thrift post I did? Add shopping out of season as another tip.

I so agree about not wanting to do the same workouts all the time! I get bored so quickly, that's an awesome idea about printing out workouts though! i love the the belted top!!
