Can you tell it is windy here?Cause it is. and Stormy. TV coverage has been following tornados all evening all week. Cut off my glee. In both meanings of the word. SO this outfit may just be inspired by somewhere I wish I could be. Where I am watching the sunset not tv and the wind in my hair is wonderful not a pain.
